The role will require the following:
Some patrolling of common areas. Interacting with tenants and contractors, and emergency services. Monitoring the building on CCTV, maintaining Daily Log Books; assisting tenants, contractors & Centre Management when requested; monitoring building operations and equipment - reporting any issues to Centre Management. Providing access to deliveries and maintaining vehicle logs. Dealing with all incidents in a calm, professional manner.
The shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday 19:15 - 07:15.
36 hours per week - regular overtime available.
A valid SIA CCTV licence is essential for this role.
