Spearhead and drive overarching sales strategy for the Talent Unit in Singapore which includes:

• Business Development, Product Development, PR Strategies, Partnerships
• Work with Country Director & Content Team on the Talent Development
• Work with Country Director on expansion of Talent Roster

Handle negotiations and other business affairs of the Talents including:

• Ensuring that Talent's inbox are managed by yourself and/or your team
• Ensuring that Talent's campaigns are managed from end to end (Negotiations, Timeline Management, Production, Reporting and Payments)
• Ideate and assist Talents on concepts for content / sponsorships
• Able to carry yourself well at networking and social events with Talents

Other Administrative Items:

• Hiring and Expanding your team
• Responsible for the P&L of your team/ unit
• Solutions Driven
