- We are seeking an experienced Technical Marine Superintendent to oversee our thermal insulation projects from inception to completion.
- This position requires the applicant to be responsible for technical aspects within every project (Piping / Thermal Insulation).
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for thermal insulation projects.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, engineers, and site personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage and support technical staff and crew in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ensure the efficient operation of all marine equipment and systems.
- Prepare for inspections by classification societies and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and manage the technical budget for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials procurement, equipment rental, and workforce allocation.
- Prepare regular reports on technical performance and maintenance activities.
- Min 7 years of working experience in Shipyard Marine.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Strong knowledge of thermal insulation materials, applications, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
