Job Description
- Food preparation including cutting ingredients
- Grilling Unagi(eel) by charcoal
- Handling tempura, noodles, side dishes, and appetizers
- Ensure food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Multi-task including supporting service side time to time including Cashiering, Assist with Delivery and Takeaway orders, Serving and Cleaning while performing kitchen duties
Job Requirement
- Experience in Japanese restaurant preferred
- Min 44 hours / week
- 5 days shift work a week
- Basic Hygiene Certified
