Job Description
- Assist the Admin Lead in procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues such as delivery delays or discrepancies.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reordering supplies as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with vendor evaluations and contract renewals.
Job Requirements
- Experience in procurement or administrative support is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
