The accountant will perform the full spectrum of accounts including preparation of financial reports for management, tax calculations and related/ad-hoc work for the business entities. This position will collaborate with various functions across the organization to ensure efficient and timely operations of the accounting function.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for full set of accounts for several entities (Construction & Trading).

· Review the works of junior executives and provide guidance.

· Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting and schedules.

· Review costs allocation & perform Work-In-Progress (WIP) adjustments for construction projects.

· Monitor, check and reconcile inventories level & movement.

· Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support operational activities.

· Prepare monthly reconciliation of various transactions for accounting reporting purposes.

· Reconcile discrepancies arising between the system and accounting records, proactively seek for solution to identify and minimize the differences.

· Monitor and perform monthly cashflow forecast.

· Support all audit related matters including preparation of financial statements (with notes to accounts) for audit, audit schedules, attend to audit queries and provide information required.

· Prepare corporate tax computation and liaise with tax agents.

· Liaise with corporate secretary to ensure statutory compliance.

· Maintain accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies.

· Assist in ad hoc analysis, project work and duties assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy or other equivalents (CA SG, ACCA, CPA)

· Qualified accounting/finance professional with at least 5 years of experience.

· Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.

· Prefer candidate with auditing experience.

· A person with commitment to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Good communication skills, verbal and written.

· Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate, and work effectively with minimal supervision.

· Organised, systematic and meticulous, with an eye for detail.

· Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Site Supervisor - Building Construction

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities at project site.
• Control and maintain operation of the project to ensure the safe and smooth progress of work.
• Ensure safety procedures is implemented and adhered to at all times on site.
• Execute work according to schedule, material requisition, project supervision, and documentation along with attending site coordination meeting
• Organise and plan site resources of man power, materials to ensure effective and productive use of recourses to meet the required schedule and quality.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Civil & Structural Engineering or Equivalent
• Must possess a class – 3 driving license.
• Adequate level of spoken & written English.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in boat driving
• Must be familiar with Singapore port limit water at Jurong Port
• Only those and equipped with PPCDL & Steersman license will be considered.
• Construction sector experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Flexible working hours, must be able to work on PH and Sundays
• 5-6 hours per trip, (1 to 2 trips per day)
• Jurong Port, Berths 4 to 7
• Project based of 2 years only
• Operate a boat for the purpose of transporting passengers and goods
• Maintain the boat and its on-board equipment
• Ensure passengers are safe and comfortable during the journey
• Provide information and advice to passengers
• Navigate waterways safely and obey local regulations

Requirements:
