We have an exciting opportunity available for a Cook to join our team working on a full time basis, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 covering a mixture of shifts covering the hours of 8am-8.30pm ie: 8am-2pm, 2pm-8.30pm or 8am-8.30pm. You will prodominently have Saturdays off plus another day off in the week. We are looking for individuals with a real passion for great food to oversee our catering provision, so delivering exceptional customer service is essential. You will ensure our guests receive food of the highest standard whilst ensuring all our kitchen Health & Safety obligations are met in full.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook all orders, ensuring the quality and presentation of the food is to the highest standard.
Comply with H&S and Food Hygiene regulations and complete required paperwork associated within a food environment.
Understand and encourage the principles of safe food handling to ensure all food preparation is to the highest standards of hygiene.
Follow the cleaning rota, to ensure the regular cleaning of all kitchen areas, equipment and appliances to meet the required high standards of cleanliness.
Previous experience in catering is essential.

Management of bike fleet and bike hire centre.
Ensuring the Facilities Team are supported and motivated, given regular performance reviews and adequate training in their role.
Management of guest feedback through “Plant Your Feedback” (our guest feedback platform) ensuring comments and scores are regularly shared with your team
Management of a Planned Maintenance Tracker to ensure all equipment is regularly serviced within budget.
Manage departmental budget and work with the rest of the management team to utilise revenue opportunities on location.
Duty Manager responsibility, including deputising for the General Manager in their absence when required.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Cook to join our Retreat team at Keldy working on a full time basis, 38 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. You will work on a two week rolling rota: week one is Monday to Friday and week two is Monday to Sunday with Wednesday & Thursday off.
