JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establish, implements and maintains processes and systems to support strategic HR initiatives
• Recruit new employees according to demand, handle employee resignation or dismissal
• Develop and review HR policies in compliance with legislative, ethical and regulatory standards
• Drive the adoption of the Skills Frameworks through HR activities to develop capabilities
• Advise on HR matters, with an understanding of the impact to business in mind

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and other regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work with technical systems and data, deploy statistical and analytical techniques and tools to generate HR-related insights and projections to support the business

• Monitor and drive weekly trainers planning forecast
• Schedule and deploy trainers for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
• Work closely with Sales & Operations team to ensure 100% training fulfilment.
• Coordination with Sales & Operations team for any adhoc job assignments
• Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner
• Optimize monthly utilization rate for Project Manager & General Manager
• Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to Project Manager & General Manager

Requirements:

• Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
• Ability to multitask and manage sudden changes in priorities.
• Logical approach to problemsolving, inventive, and resultsoriented, with high attention to detail.
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of audio-visual system, TV panel (fixed wall mount, mobile stand), power, cabling and etc.
• Conduct TV Panel installation, testing, services, troubleshooting as well as repair works on site.
• Able to do cable splicing, glanding and termination for power and control cables.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Load, transport and deliver products to customers or business in a safe, timely manner
• Assist with loading and unloading products from vehicle
• Abiding by all transportations laws and maintaining a safe driving record

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of electrician or technician experience
• Class 3 Driving License is a MUST

•Maintain Debtors Ledger

•Prepare monthly Aging Report

•Liaise with HOD & Account Managers on the collections

•Prepare and split AR listings for various departments

•Issue External and Internal invoice using Quickbooks Online

•Submit sales invoice to Government/Private Portal (Vendors@Gov, Ariba, etc)

•Reconcile payment received via different payment mode eg. PayPal, AXS, Nets, Bank Transfer and Cheque against monthly event closing listing and budget/ event P&L

•Liaising with stakeholders for other adhoc administrative works

AP Function

•Maintain Creditors Ledger

•Prepare monthly AP Aging Report

•Prepare Payment Vouchers and claims fortnightly

•Prepare Payments fortnightly

•Review Approved Vendor List

•Verify and input all Supplier's Invoices into Quickbooks and ensure all provide correct code and event name/date.

•Verify Staff Claims / Part-timer's Salary and CPF

•Reconcile supplier invoices with event budget/P&L

•Prepare Payment Vouchers and Cheques and checks payment status

•Prepare and verify of Purchase Orders.

•Maintain Payment listing

General Ledger Function

•Prepare of monthly accounts

•Reconciliation of transactions vs in house CRM systems

•Responsible for transactional accounting, General Ledger and Monthly Closing

•Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Schedules

Cash and Bank Maintenance

•Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation

•Prepare and liaise with bank for Direct Debit/Credit Authorization Arrangements

•Bank in Cheque & Cash

GST Services

• Prepare and reconcile quarterly GST Report

REQUIREMENTS
