• Manage operational and escalation/incidents of core services including connectivity, applications and services host in both cloud and legacy bare-metal environments.

Job Overview:

As a Video Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality videos to be used in various marketing materials, e-commerce platforms, and promotional campaigns. Your role is crucial in presenting the company and those involved in the video (products and talents) in the most appealing and professional manner to attract customers and drive sales. As this role is part of the media team with APAC subsidiaries, travelling and working in a multi-cultural team is to be expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos & still images

• Participate/Lead storyboarding and shoot conceptualisation for variety of projects including but not limited to Events Coverage, Promotional Video and Social Media Videos

• Create content for social media, corporate functions and other business needs.

• Utilize up-to-date knowledge of product trends and photography/imaging technology to enhance product video/photo presentation.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware (including servers, PCs, laptops and mobile devices), software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Perform and troubleshoot hardware/software installations, configurations, and updates
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary, troubleshoot on technical issues (Wi-Fi, access points, laptops, emails, etc.) to ensure functionality

Internal training:

• To drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for internal team member

Requirements :

1. At least 3 years experience in training in medical aesthetic energy-based devices particularly in lasers

2. Possesses good knowledge of energy-based devices and their indications

3. Able to communicate fluently in English & Chinese

4. Able to work independently and in a team setting

5. Holds a valid passport to travel regional to conduct training

6. Ability to produce protocols and notes for training
