This role will leverage upon your interest in creative & strategic storytelling in healthcare, ultimately, working towards improving patient outcomes. Upon joining our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of patient care as it evolves into an integrated ecosystem with both online and offline capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support team lead and management to drive strategic growth
· Coordinate and project manage team’s strategic initiatives & business planning activities
· Develop internal communication materials for management updates and liaise with key internal stakeholders within DKSH PS, country leadership teams and BU senior leadership team to achieve BU objectives
· Run regular analysis of PS financials and other leading/ lagging performance metrics (BD, operations, marketing, etc.)
· Run regular analysis of external and internal information to identify opportunities for developing the business
2. Lead community building efforts to foster engagement and growth
· Proactively support community-building within Patient Solutions network (region & countries)
· Initiate activities to help engage region and country PS teams with the larger Organization within the HEC BU alongside Team Lead & Country Leads
· Manage and maintain the DKSH Patient Solutions SharePoint site effectively
3. Drive marketing & communications using analytics to enhance brand reach
· Manage DKSH Patient Solutions website & social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn/ YouTube pages, website, etc.) and internal/ external email campaigns
· Research and develop a variety of content (testimonies, infographics, articles, newsletters, etc.) for internal & external communication
· Develop and manage advertising campaigns, utilizing A/B testing to optimize performance and effectiveness
· Develop and maintain dashboards to support marketing activities based on Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Analytics etc.
· Organise external Healthcare-related events and webinars
· Implement RPA solutions to improve productivity

Job Requirements
Functional Skills and Knowledge
· Basic understanding of healthcare systems and value-chain
· Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint & Excel required
· Working knowledge of Business Intelligence software (VBA, Power BI, Google Looker Studio)
· Knowledge on SharePoint management
· Plus: previous international working experience, & experience in a Regional role
Education
· Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in strategy, marketing, business administration, etc.
Work Experience
· Knowledge of healthcare, the biopharmaceuticals & medical devices/ diagnostics is a plus
