Job Description
1) Meeting and understanding client’s objectives and preparing design proposal
2) Providing professional advice to clients on design concept, material selection and renovation solutions.
3) Preparation of quotation based on proposed design and client's requirements.
4) Undertaking design projects from concept to completion
5) Working with sub-contractors or suppliers to understand and source for materials
6) Developing creative, solution-based plans to clients in areas of space planning, furniture products, colours and mood board
7) Taking on-site measurements and all relevant photos for planning and conceptualising
8) Produce and present 3D perspective and elevation detailed drawings.
9) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry
2) Possess a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design & Architecture or equivalent
3) Proficient in 3D Max and Sketch-up
4) Ability to produce and present 3D perspective and elevation detailed drawings
5) Require to handle projects simultaneously
Salary:
$3,000 to $6,000
Basic Salary (Commissions additional)
