• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
• Prepare and submit tender
• Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors
• Manage tender administration
• Evaluation of variation submission, price comparison, and costing summary
• Preparation of monthly progress claims to the customer
• Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions
• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned
• Any other tasks and duties as instructed by the management
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
• Degree/Diploma in the relevant field of study
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize task
• Able to work on multiple projects, within the simultaneous timeline
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Able to drawings and specifications
