Roles & Responsibilities
Overall Job Role:
Spearhead the EduTrust certification renewal and Workskills Qualification (WSQ) accreditation and other quality certifications subscribed to by the organisation required by the governing bodies.
Academic work involved occasionally teaching in a couple of the courses
Other functions include supporting in areas of student recruitment; all pre and post enrolment activities; and all the way to students’ completion of courses.
Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Maintain all requirements under CPE's Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and EduTrust certification. This includes enforcing policies and procedures and initiates corrective actions. Responsible for entire quality assurance of edutrust procedures and proper documentation.
2. Stay abreast of latest updates/changes in regulatory (SSG, CPE, ICA etc) requirements, policies and the Private Education Act.
3. Contributes information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; prepares and completes action plans; implements programs to improve overall productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
4.Prepares quality documentation and reports by collating, analysing and summarising information and trends including processes and recommending necessary changes to the CEO
5. To submit Course Proposal for the application of funding, course accreditation and new course applications.
6. Responsible for smooth operation of course delivery and business viability of the organisation.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Lecturers Management as well as to teach in a couple of modules in courses. Spearhead and Participate in relevant corporate activities and initiatives as a team member in Management.
Assist students to obtain jobs by organising employer interview events, etc.
Qualification & Experiences :
Preferably a Singapore Registered Nurse with training qualifications such as ACTA/ACLP. Or having worked in private education institutes with edutrust knowledge and experinces.
