Job Description
- Manage and organize the office's filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including answering calls, and managing email correspondence.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Prepare invoices, Sales Order & Purchase Order
- Data entry and verify delivery related documents
- Follow up with outstanding payment
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Provide support for HR matters and other Administrative Works Task.
Job Requirement:
- Working hours: 5-days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm)
- Willing to work at Mandai Estate area
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Able to commence work within short notice
- Able to work independently, proactive, able to take initiative and responsibility with minimal supervision.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
- Organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable to work in SME environment
