Role Overview:

This is a full-time role for a Container Depot Admin Executive in Cogent Container Depot Pte Ltd. The Admin Executive will be responsible for seamless inventory management, oversee incoming and outgoing container movement and coordinate with customers.

1) Manage container movement transactions.

2) Maintain Container records for the department.

3) Handle survey reports and raise container repair estimates.

4) Liaise with haulers and container owners in preparing the job orders.

5) Ensure a “First in First out” system in the container depot.

6) Consolidate daily and monthly reports to container owners.

7) Ensure to meet all container criteria requests and job orders from the container owners.

8) Perform billing to customers

Requirement:

1) Diploma qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

2) 2 years’ experience in container depot or related fields preferred

3) Able work under a fast-paced work environment

4) Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to conduct survey, pre/post inspection of ISO tank containers
• Ensure that all ISO tank containers are survey, clean and repair standard in compliance to ITCO/ACC or owner’s criteria
• Conduct thorough inspection of ISO tank containers after cleaning, repairing and testing are completed
• Coordinate with the lessee / lessor’s independent surveyor for joint inspection
• Ensure the necessary documents such as EIR / Inspection Report / Estimates are raised, endorsed and passed to the respective personnel in-charge for their next course of action
• Report to the superior on all documentation before releasing the ISO tank containers to the customers
• Co-ordinate with internal personnel to shift the ISO tank containers to workshop

Requirements:

• Minimum N Level
• Willing to work in outdoor environment
• Training will be provided for those who are interested in this job

• Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.15pm; Saturday: 8.30am – 2.45pm
