Purpose

Responsible for sustainability, profitability and to achieve budget incremental volume plan and placements set for respective key accounts. Efficient utilization and deployment of resources and assets in securing these objectives.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

A: Achieving Sales, Incremental Volume and Profitability

1. Plan and implement overall incremental sales volume, profitability and budget plans. Responsible for growing volume, placement and revenue in key channels and accounts.
2. Identify key accounts for increased business partnerships and growth opportunities via strategic and beneficial to drive sales programme.
3. Manage contract renewals; formulate tenders’ proposals for key accounts. Fulfill existing terms and conditions. E.g. DME/Accruals/Incentives.
4. Conduct regular business reviews internally and with designated key accounts. Re-negotiate terms and benefits to improve profitability, sustainability and resources maximization.
5. Develop business plans, strategies and promotional activities with key accounts to drive volume and revenue indicators.
6. Formulate plans to continuously grow unconventional channels key accounts and convert accounts to increase horizontal and vertical volume growth.
7. Ensure key customers equipment orders are prepared and execute timely and within budget so that equipment procurement targets are supported. Prepare placement plan and forecast for refurbishment action and stock control.
8. Identify new strategic locations for market penetration and expansion opportunities.
9. Plan equipment movement to optimize assets contribution and maximization. Track sales, profitability and net sales revenue of all equipment placed in key outlets with the objectives to improve return on investment as per Company standards.
10. Work closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
11. Develop and maintain good customer service and mutually benefiting relationships with existing key clients.
12. Collect data and provide feedback on market intelligence and general industry trends. Identify business strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats to pre-empt and counter-propose business strategies and tactics in the market.
13. Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding payments.

B. Sales and Channel Development

1. Plan and implement promotional and engagement activities and channel activation programs to increase awareness; create brand and market value; optimizing sales volume and revenue.
2. Develop annual major customer plans to include exclusive promotions/sponsorship, total package service and maintenance programs to increase sales volume and pricing.
3. Accountable for meeting and growing set overall channel placement targets and against universe opportunities, net sales revenue, incremental volume and return on investments target.
4. Manage the allocated DME and sponsorships to ensure funds are use appropriately and within budget as per Business Plan.

C. Task Analysis

1. Execute, review and report on progress of sales and recommend relevant action plans accordingly.
2. Submit progress reports and updates on channel development, projects and activities.
3. Monitor potential loss sales volume of equipment and arrest problems.
4. Liaise with Customer Contact Centre, Operations and Technical personnel to ensure smooth follow-up and response to service calls.
5. Liaise with Customer Accounting, Financial Accounting and Commercial Finance on billing, payment, accruals, and settlement matters.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

a) Driving License - Class 3

b) University Degree/Diploma with qualifications in Business, Sales and Marketing

c) 3 years’ experience or more in the sales of fast moving consumer products and/or night entertainment industry

d) Preferably with key account servicing/customer service/operations sales and support background

Ensure the accuracy and timely settlement of shipments for Vending and DSD (Direct to Sales Delivery) to recognized reliable sales and revenue including analysis and reconciliation of load and cash variances in a daily basis

Job Responsibilities

1) Route Settlement Function (DSD)

• Check completion of all documents/ Invoices peculiarities before settlement, including checking our DO against customer’s goods receiving note.
• Determine reasons of unsettled load especially for cash and load variances and do reconciliation with driver, sales personnel & other departments to meet timely settlement.
• Settle all shipments daily.
• Ensure invoices of accounts need for billing are sent to AR timely.
• Print & mail Credit Memo/ Debit Memo due to stock delivered defers from invoice.
• Do issuance of debit and credit notes daily.
• Check credit memo’s at AR account if tallied to cash invoice and sent to shared services for application.
• Fixing of SM Log, incomplete sd documents- daily.
• Monitor shipments with unpaid cash invoice and follow up to drivers.
• Settle all shipments check-in every Friday as many as possible.
• Meet the route settlement KRA of “zero’ unsettled check-in loads at month end.
• Posting E-invoice Submission for Select Group & NTUC GLS.

2) Route Settlement Function (Vending)

• Check the different methods of settling Vending transactions are in place and properly executed.
• Identify price differences and report to vending supervisor and manager before settlement.
• Monitor SMR-Cups Sales and fix identified error affecting sales.
• Check for cash variance for more than $10 and sales per outlet per settlement.
• Identify and do reconciliation for load variances.
• Do Daily settlement.
• Fix SM Log- daily for deficit stock due to rounding difference.

3) Administrative Function

• Coordinate with Sales, Account Receivable, Drivers and other Dept. for any concerns to complete settlement process (ex. Invoice problem, unusual SM log errors, key wrong orders) including printing and checking completeness of documents for Intercompany transactions and pick-up orders.
• Work with supervisor to plan for unusual volume or activity level support requirements.
• File all documents settled for the day.
• Batch complete shipments/ documents in orderly manner for record retention and other requirements.

Position Purpose / Context

The position is to support the W@POS and Sales team to achieve business goals through trade activation initiatives, and responsible and accountable to influence the daily actions, of the sales team, as they relate to product availability; order generation; and in outlet activation, within the assigned outlet. Responsible at route level for ensuring brand / pack availability at the outlets, communicating promotions, trade schemes, market development.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

1. Support on Category Management with planogram planning, design and execution.

2. Quarterly review planogram and sales for existing category captaincy account.

3. Work with respective account manager for meeting document required for JBP or Internal survey or review.

4. Support in the development of the Annual Marketing and Channel Plans for assigned channels and major retailers/trade customers.

5. Work closely with respective Sales Managers (General Trade/Modern Trade / OP Trade) to obtain alignment on Marketing Plan & Calendar as well as activities and promotions.

6. Achieve PiCOS target for all channels to drive SOVI, volume and sell-in range.

7. Develop PICOs/Execution Standards for assigned channels according to Windows and each new product

8. Track, monitor & share status of in-store activation of promotions, POSM, equipment placement, marketing activities & new launches

9. Responsible for POSM and Premium distribution and inventory management

10. Work with vendors and supplier in developing relevant POSMs and other trade activation materials

11. Source for premiums & prizes for promotions as well as develop & produce supporting collaterals in collaboration with Market Planning team.

12. Track & analyze business & brand performance for each channel & major retailers/trade customers. Identify opportunities and develop & implement plans to capitalize on them. Develop & implement corrective actions if necessary to ensure objectives & targets are on track

13. Track, monitor and share competitors’ activities in each channel and ascertain possible impact on our business. To recommend corrective actions if needed

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

Education: Diploma/ A level in any field

Experience: 1-3 years’ experience relevant experience in beverage manufacturing environment or any other related field

Candidates with working experience in FMCG industry and exposure to modern and general trade would be of added advantage

Key Duties/ Responsibilities

3) Place Merchandising Equipment in The Most Effective Manner

• Ensure merchandising equipment is placed the most strategic location in outlets.
• Merchandising standards are adhered to Picture of Success.
• Assess, recommend and retrieve unproductive equipment.

4) Ensure Efficient Distribution Service

• Monitor the distribution service to ensure customers receive their orders on time.
• Give feedback if there is any, to superior to address them.

5) Plan and Execute Promotions

• Negotiate charges, secure good locations and pre-book space at outlets for promotions.
• Ensure promotional point-of-sales materials and price communicators are displayed.

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) is a MUST.
• At least 1 Year of working experience as sales role in FMCG/ Customer service industry would be of added advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)

Position Purpose / Context

Task to ensure Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Private Limited (CCSB) operation is always in full compliances with all regulatory requirement on Safety/ Fire Safety/ Covid-19/ Health/ Environmental/ Security & provide adequate training & support on the latter to all stakeholders in SGCD operations

Key Duties / Responsibilities

1. Task to ensure Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Private Limited (CCSB) is in compliances with all local regulatory & KORE requirement on environmental, health, safety & Covid-19 compliances

2. To receive regular updates on any changes to regulatory requirement & make appropriate changes/updates to the legal register under EHS

3. To advise CCSB’s stakeholders on any non-compliance/legal issue on safety/fire safety/Covid-19/health/environmental/security that may impact CCSB’s business operations in Singapore

4. Appointment as Safe Management Officer (SMO) for Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Private Limited during COVID-19 pandemic to ensure workplace is safe for all staff to work

5. To conduct weekly safety/fire safety/Covid-19 inspection of SGCD Tuas/JB Warehouse/PP Office facility to ensure no non-compliance issue that may impact CCSB’s operation at SGCD Tuas

6. To conduct weekly safety/fire safety/Covid-19 inspection of Pasir Panjang Office, JBWH and SGCD/offices/workshop/store to ensure no non-compliance issue that may impact CCSB’s operation at Pasir Panjang Interlocal Center

7. Establish and cascade safety programs, policies, and processes for the day-to-day operations.

8. Evaluate and provide direction to strengthen the environment, and occupational safety and health programs, strategic plans, and performance in the site/facility/area assigned, both inside and outside the facility, where it operates (e.g., fleet and road safety, as applicable).

9. To lead incident investigation and submit on-line reporting of iReport to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) when work incident occurs in CCSB’s operation

10. To prepare & provide Risk Assessment (RA), Method Statement (MOS) and Safe Work Procedures for our Sales Vending operation team to be submitted to customers to comply with local regulatory requirements before commencement of any installation/repair/removal work activities at customers’ outlets

11. To assist officers from local authority – Singapore Police Force (SPF), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Ministry of Health (MOH), Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF), National Environment Agency (NEA) during unannounced site visit to Pasir Panjang Interlocal Center office at 8th & 3rd floor & SGCD Tuas Warehouse/Office

12. To maintain & upkeep CCSB’s facility at Pasir Panjang Interlocal Center office & SGCD Tuas Warehouse/Office respectively

13. Monthly reporting to Supply Chain senior team members on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on LTIR, TIR, FACR, TSI and VCR. Analyze the Safety and Environment Safety performance results and trends, and provides feedback to the Site Management on the effectiveness of implementation

14. Recommend improvement program/initiatives on safety & vehicle safety defensive driving to improve overall safety in SGCD operation

15. Drive implementation of safety and health programs, life saving rules and to maintain compliance to meet both business & legal requirements and to increase safety awareness among employees.

16. To ensure all risks at workplace are assessed and adequate control measures are put in place.

17. Provides safety leadership to the Plant Management Team to ensure that safety goals, objectives and initiatives

18. Establish procedures for evaluating safety and health hazards associated with new process, equipment, or materials, and recommend methods to control hazards.

19. Assures key safety and health equipment such as emergency alarms, fire detection & protection systems and pressure vessels are maintained and inspected.

20. Directs the plant medical program that includes:

- onsite first aid and nearby emergency medical care to reduce the risk of any injury or illness that occurs and

- periodic medical surveillance for those included in the Hearing Conservation and Respiratory Protection

programs.

21. Plan and prepare for emergencies and conduct training and drills, as needed, to ensure that everyone know how to properly respond to emergencies.

22. Coordinate the planning of and help conduct safety training for all employees to maintain compliance and assure associates have necessary skills and knowledge to support safety & health programs and initiatives.

23. Maintain all necessary documentation including those necessary to establish safety and health program implementation, workplace safety and health evaluations and control actions, safety equipment inspection programs, injury and illness logs and summaries, incident investigations and corrective actions, and employee training programs.

24. Ensures all internal and external correspondence is in accordance with the Company requirements.

25. Maintains safe and healthy working environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
