We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lead Front-end Engineer with a proven track record of architecting and implementing innovative, high-performance, and user-centric enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in front-end engineering, solid UX experience, and strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. 

• Architect and lead the development of scalable and high-performance front-end applications using technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node.js 

• Direct product design through data-modeling, systems design, and UX sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and end-users 

• Integrate UI components with backend systems, working closely with backend developers to design and implement RESTful APIs 

• Optimize code quality and performance by establishing best practices, coding standards, and mentoring junior developers 

• Drive the entire UI development lifecycle, from design and development to implementation and testing 

• Rapidly prototype features to facilitate a smooth transition from UX design to development 

• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, championing their adoption when appropriate 

You have.. 

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role 

• Expert knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, TypeScript, and GraphQL 

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with user-centric design methodologies 

• Proficiency in server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express 

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Experience with developing applications for the financial services industry 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud 
• Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the front-end development community
