Main Responsibilities:
- Proficient in using TRIBON or AM 3D design software, responsible for the design of iron equipment (cooperating with machinery, ventilation, electrical and other disciplines to arrange the main channel), and coordinate with other disciplines to optimize the layout;
- Responsible for the modeling and warehousing of various outfitting parts and iron equipment of iron equipment, and can independently complete the layout of various iron equipment channels and the 3D layout of iron equipment equipment;
- Responsible for the selection of iron equipment and accessories, equipment TA writing, technical communication with manufacturers, signing TA, etc.
- Responsible for communicating with customers on technical issues of iron equipment;
- Responsible for incorporating downstream information into the plan during the pre-contract plan design stage; leading the preparation of detailed construction plans based on different construction sites and production facilities. Assist the pre-contract project manager to prepare the project construction plan;
- Responsible for transmitting information to the downstream after the contract until the project is delivered, and applying the experience in contract execution to the pre-contract plan design of subsequent projects.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in shipbuilding, ship theory, marine engineering, etc.
- Able to read and understand various block structure drawings and overall layout drawings
- More than 8 years of structural or ironwork design experience, experience in FPSO project construction or modification, experience in ironwork equipment selection, and experience in ironwork professional supervisor is preferred;
- Clinker operation AM software, experience in AM software database management is preferred; able to use TRIBON or AM software to directly produce construction drawings
- Familiar with the specifications of at least one commonly used international classification society, familiar with commonly used international conventions such as SOLAS, and able to complete ironwork detailed design or production design work;
- Familiar with commonly used ironwork equipment, outfitting parts, design points and parameters;
- Able to translate, read and understand English materials independently, and can conduct daily technical exchanges in English;
- Understand downstream design, technology, and production processes, and be able to reach consensus;
- Understand parallel majors and be able to collaborate to complete scheme design.
