In accountability to the Senior Pastor, Director of mission will develop ministry and outreach in adult church. a. Developing goals and objectives for the ministry area in line with the strategic plan. b. Providing bible teaching in the adult congregation. c. Provide pastoral care to the member of the church outreach group. d. Assessing ministry needs and developing programs and activities to meet those needs. e. Lead the church in all external church planting program. f. Assist the residence pastor in the church planting strategy program. g. Leading Worship regularly on the missionary trips to our Church branches. The Director of mission oversees and executes the administration of the ministry areas through appropriate staff and lay leadership teams, and monitors work progress and completion.
