About the role:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, multi-skilled individual to join us as our Finance and Business Manager to guide and help customers through their finance applications when they buy their car. You will be assisting customers navigate finance options at the time of check-out and will be screening and assessing customers to find them the best finance option while providing exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

The role will be based out of our location in Morningside QLD on a 5 day roster including Saturdays.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a finance consultant / broker / business manager, preferably in Asset Finance or car dealerships
• Cert IV in financial services (good to have) or equivalent and / or relevant tertiary qualifications
• Assessing customers' needs, creditworthiness and affordability using data shared by customers and from credit agencies
• Provide exceptional multi-channel (calls, emails) assistance to our customers through their finance application using your deep knowledge of car loan products
• Acting as a liaison between lenders and customers to help customers navigate through declines or requests for more information from lenders
• Acting as trusted advisor to customers looking to purchase other ancillary products such as Extended Warranty and tinting from Cars24
• Passion and go-getter attitude to achieve strong customer outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain and resolve queries regarding financial products to customers

As our Brisbane Workshop Manager your main goal is to successfully operate and deliver a world class car refurbishment facility. About the role:

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be part of a team that ensures that our customers receive a smooth, consistent and exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will support the logistics and local teams in getting vehicles ready for delivery by fulfilling registration processes and by ensuring all items that need to be delivered with the vehicle are on board and ready to go from documents to keys to logbooks. We are looking for a C2B Inspections TL to be hired on a Band1-2 level to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
