- Provide technical leadership and expertise in proposals and studies, working closely with the Sales / Growth team.
- Interface with clients to understand their drivers and develop cost effective solutions based on CCSL product porfolio.
- Responsible for the development of technical deliverables for proposals and studies: PFDs, HMBs, Process Descriptions, Plant performance summary including utility consumption, and equipment sizing for carbon capture plants.
- Interface with various engineering disciplines, project management, R&D, Sales, and external partners as required.
- Contribute to the review and optimization of project design, cost, safety, constructability, and schedule.
- Actively contribute to innovation and process improvement
- It is estimated that you will be required to travel for client meetings approximately 20% of your time
B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering with minimum 10 and 15 years of experience in process engineering for the Senior and Principal position respectively. Experience working within an engineering organisation, such as EPC or process technology licensing is preferred.
Knowledgeable in the design of amine based gas treating or carbon capture process is a must.
Front end project experience leading preFEED, FEED or plant optimization studies is a must.
Must be hands-on with process simulators and can conduct calculations independently.
Strong verbal, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
Basic commerical awareness, business acumen and understanding of project cost.
Ability to work effectively in a small, developing, and entrepreneurial organisation; high level of flexibility and adaptability required.
Strong relationship building skills, especially building relationships across a dispersed team.
Experience in start-up and troubleshooting of industrial plants is desirable.
