Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team


Ensure that the Slots estate is well maintained and all in full working order.
Support and develop the slots team in club to ensure they have a high level of product knowledge, deliver promotions fluently, and offer fantastic service to our customers.
Develop Team on Mars and any other required equipment.
Ensure the timely and secure collection/reconciliation of all monies from machines and investigation of all variances.
Provide Regional support to other clubs in area’s such as troubleshooting, developing and training when required.
Assist the GM as a Duty Manager when required taking responsibility for the overall club performance in the absence of the other managers.
Ensure all departments are operating in strict accordance with Operating standards, and procedures.
Produce Department Rotas and ensure adequate levels of staff are deployed in slots to maximise customer service throughout the day.
Ensure all customer complaints are addressed promptly and feedback to improve future service delivery.
Create plans for promoting the Slots and assist with promotional activities.
Provide performance expectations through regular feedback and the implementation of performance reviews for all members of the slots team.
Complete all Compliance and Standards audits as required by the business including density checks.

Your tasks and responsibilities


Reporting into the Live Bingo Operational Management Team
Create a fun, entertaining and memorable customer experience for our customers every day, chatting to our players through our live chat functionality for our online and club customers
Chat to our customers and respond to customer questions within the appropriate response times
Ensure that chat hosting Is delivered In line with the live bingo experience and is delivered to our core quality standards and expectations.
Engage, communicate effectively and work as one live bingo team to ensure our customers have the best in first-class experience.
Be the voice of promoting and upselling of all promotions across the business In line with guidelines and framework set and delivered through chat hosting.
Be the face and voice of social media campaigns and respond to customer queries.
Deliver and execute games, activities and quizzes that will Increase player engagement.
Ensure that chat etiquette Is managed effectively.
Manage chat bans effectively to customers and processed correctly In line with company processes.
You will enhance the customer experience making It personal to them through chat hosting.

Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team


Assist the General/Deputy Manager in ensuring that our customer experience is consistently delivered at each point in the customer journey
Take responsibility for the overall Club performance in the absence of the General Manager or Deputy Manager
Make sure all departments are operating in strict accordance with Buzz Bingo's Operating Manuals, standards and procedures
Seek opportunities to recognise and appreciate those that go the extra mile
Deliver a culture of exceptional customer service by coaching and encouraging team members to drive service levels in every session
Direct, delegate, coach, and support team members to ensure activities are coordinated to achieve results and support the consistent delivery of the Buzz Bingo brand
Make sure the Buzz Bingo brand is represented throughout the Club as specified by communications and brand compliance instructions
Make sure adequate levels of staff are deployed in each area to maximise customer service throughout the day
Make sure all customer complaints are resolved immediately and use the feedback to improve future service delivery
Deliver an exceptional food and beverage offering, where the quality and service is outstanding
Providing performance expectations through regular feedback for members of the team
Complete all departmental audits as required by the business
Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
