As an interior decorative products’ sales executive, your role would involve combining your knowledge of interior design with your sales skills to promote and sell our latest wall and floor finishes products, and other related products to clients. Your responsibilities might include:

1. Sales: Generate sales leads, and achieve sales target.

2. Client Consultation: Understanding clients' needs, preferences, and budget through consultations to recommend appropriate design solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest trends, materials, and products in the interior design industry to effectively advise clients and make sales.

4. Proposal Creation: Developing proposals and presentations tailored to clients' requirements, including design concepts, cost estimates, and timelines.

5. Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry to generate leads and referrals.

The Site Coordinator (Architectural Wet Works) is responsible for assisting the Site Superintendant in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site architectural wet works (Wall erection, skimming and plastering, waterproofing works, painting and other finishing works), ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervision of Subcontractors' work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Experience: minimum 2 years of Building and/or Civil Engineering experience

• Completed at least 1 building project

Technical Competencies

• Technical expertise and knowledge in Architectural wet works
• Good knowledge on method statements on Architectural finishing
• Good Knowledge on Sequence of works
