Job Overview:
Transforming digitally is a key strategic objective for Brook and this is an exciting time for the organisation as we move into the next phase of our sector-leading Digital Front Door clinical transformation programme. We have launched and are embedding a suite of new tools to empower our service users to take ownership of their own sexual health and wellbeing, empower our clinical staff to use face to face time for those who need it most, and provide improved choice, options and ease of access to Brook services for all users.
The post holder will play a key part in this programme, reporting to Brook’s Digital Transformation Lead and working with colleagues across Brook’s clinical services to drive forward our ambitious plans. The role will be pivotal in supporting the development of a positive culture of digital innovation and confidence from our clinical colleagues. This will mean working closely with colleagues in our services across the country; listening to and understanding their needs, as well as identifying and amplifying examples of best practice, and celebrating successes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who would like to work for a values-based, not-for-profit organisation with services and teams across the country.
