Birmingham Raw Pet Food is a fairly new small company based in Tyseley that is growing rapidly. The company is a manufacturer for raw pet food & provides it all around the country.

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service via phone, text & email
Update spreadsheets/reports on a daily basis
Creating delivery routes for our drivers
Handle all incoming & outgoing phone calls
Create invoices to customers
Chase any outstanding payments
Filing
Handle outgoing orders
Assisting other departments in busy periods

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyse customer situations and provide effective solutions
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Be able to pick up & learn new tasks effectively
Must hold a Full UK Driving License.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, 30 min lunch, 37.5 hours per week.
