Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Chauffeur Company's guest, boss, family members and/or anyone required
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the cars at all times (both interior & exterior.
• Ensure that safety & comfort are always a priority
• Running errands for the Company(Purchasing of groceries and chef ingredients)
• Maintain the vehicle on a regular basis to ensure good working condition
• Scheduling vehicle maintenance and reporting damages when needed
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties when needed

Job Requirements

• Possess a record free driving license and practice excellent and safe driving habits
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to work according to company schedule, flexible working hours
• Able to work 6 days in a week
• Able to work during weekends, public holiday, and overtime when necessary
• Punctual, responsible, honest and polite
• Friendly personality, well-mannered, mature and self-discipline

Job Type: Full-time & Permanent

Experience:

• Personal Driver: 3 years (Required)

• Transporting clients on daily basis
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
• Delivering packages to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Interacting with clients in professional conduct.
• Working at night and on weekends.
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
• Updating mileage records.
