DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:
Atticus Health is a social enterprise set up by doctors who are passionate about helping every patient
maximise his or her experience of life. From humble beginnings in Carrum Victoria, we have grown to
deliver a range of healthcare services around South East Melbourne and Victoria.
We need Doctor / General Practitioner to perform the following duties:
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Diagnose & Treat minor injuries and illnesses
2. Provide health advice
3. Provide prescriptions for medicines
4. Provide ongoing care for a chronic condition
5. Medical and health check-ups
6. Health and nutrition advice
7. Coordinating healthcare
8. Ordering of screening and medical tests
9. Referrals to specialist health professionals
10. Health screening, such as cervical screening, or blood pressure checks
11. Vaccinations
12. Care during pregnancy
13. Care for children
14. Care for feeling overwhelmed or depressed

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:
Education : Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in related field
Australian Experience : At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR

Overseas Experience : At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Specialist : General Practitioner
Work Rights : Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team, covering the areas of Jindivick and Korumburra. In this role, you will work across multiple settings, including clinics, home care, and aged care facilities

Further details:

Full time, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary $80,000 - 84,000 base + super
A interesting mix of work within clinics, home care, and aged care facilities
Our home care clients are aged over 65 years and you will be an integral part of our mission to help them live independently at home
Interact and develop within our strong network of health professionals and motivated in-house carers
Skills and Experience - About the person we are looking for

An experienced, fully accredited physiotherapist with: 1) A Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent 2) 24 months of employment experience
A team player, especially since we are uniquely interested in integrating health care and home care
Highly motivated to help the elderly live at home
Willing to use their own vehicle to see clients at their homes
A solid communicator - face to face and over the phone
Attention to detail, accountable and professional at all times
Passionate about continual improvement and the mastery of their craft - physiotherapy!
