Service: Procurement & Contract Management Team - Legal & Regulatory Service
Closing Date: Friday 15th November 2024We have an opportunity for an Admin Officer to join the Corporate and Education section of the Procurement Team.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
• Supporting procurement officers by providing high quality admin management in relation to contract management activities.
• Meeting support - arranging, minuting & post meeting action coordination.
• Monitoring & actioning shared team mailbox enquiries
• Processing requests, queries, invoices and orders as required
Candidates for this role require to have:
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft 365
• Experience of office administration
• Excellent communication skills. This role will involve working with internal departments & external suppliers.
• Comfortable working under own initiative
• Comfortable managing & prioritising own workload.
This is a full time position but we are willing to discuss alternative work patterns for the right candidate. The role can be office, home or hybrid based.
