Roles & Responsibilities
· Liaise with external consultants and clients on delivery of design
· Attends meetings with design team and coordinates with all disciplines involved in projects
· Tender Documentation and Specifications Preparation
· Liaise with Government Authorities on Project execution and Delivery
· Project Management and Coordination
· Monitoring of project progress and site inspections
· Familiarity with Authorities Compliances governing constructions and Architectural practices
· Familiar with Contract Administration of SIA/PSSCOC
· Possess good technical knowledge and has strong detailing capability
Requirements
· A recognised Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
· Min 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
· Good knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings, Authorities Compliances and Construction Practices
· Excellent in Design Presentation and Human Relation Skill
· Well Versed in Architectural Design Software
· Flair in Design, Enthusiastic and have the ability to produce good design concepts
· Conversant with local Codes and Regulations
· Preferred with Contract Administration Experience
· Committed and able to work independently
· Good leadership skill and a Good team player
· Ability to meet timely deliverables
· Familiar with e-Corenet submission system
