What the day will look like
Client Due Diligence
- Conduct thorough, timely and quality due diligence screening of new/existing clients/prospects.
- Conduct thorough reviews and manage alerts arising from the screenings.
- Conduct thorough plausibility checks on clients and perform enhanced due diligence reviews.
- Communicate with clients on client due diligence KYC information requirement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders involved in the process - Relationship Managers, Department Heads, Compliance, and other colleagues within Aon to ensure seamless process.
- Ensure overall compliance with the relevant government regulations and Aon internal corporate policies and guidelines.
Other Responsibilities
- Monitoring of shared outlook mailboxes to action business request emails accordingly.
- Completing various administration tasks including data entry and document filing electronically.
- Provide guidance to Relationship Managers and other colleagues within Aon on internal Operations processes/workflow as required.
- Be cross trained in other client support tasks as required.
- Any other roles and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
How this opportunity is different
Aon Business Services (ABS) team is a business-critical operating unit within Aon, providing best-in-class service support to Aon internal stakeholders and clients.
The Operations Excellence team consists of Service Specialists (SS), Service Executives (SE), Service Managers and the Head of Central Processing. The team assists Aon colleagues across all solution lines with all aspects of client service support through accurate, efficient, and timely provision of client services and production of documentation ensuring that client service standards are exceeded.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Relevant insurance experience and educational qualifications beneficial but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders professionally.
- Strong analytical skills, a keen focus on details, enthusiasm, and a high level of commitment.
- Skilled in multi-tasking, ability to assess and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and knowledge of Information Technology.
