The 5G Exploratory Platform (5GEP) will serve as the dedicated testbed for 5G infrastructure. This platform will enable the discovery of vulnerabilities, the testing of network equipment, and to enhance the security and resilience of the 5G ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Lead cybersecurity projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and document all project activities.
• Participate in requirement gathering, testing, training, and implementation phases.
• Meet project SLAs and manage potential risks.

2. Operations:

• Update network configurations, software versions, and procedures.
• Ensure security systems are tested and maintained.
• Assist in obtaining technical support from vendors and track system warranties.
• Implement and manage security measures like firewalls, IAM, SIEM, and SOAR systems.
• Respond to security incidents and provide detailed reports.
• Manage system and user functions, including access rights and maintenance.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations and project management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
• Proficiency in IT, Networking, VMWare, and security tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, PCNSA/PCNSE) are a plus.
• Security clearance required.

An ideal candidate would possess the following abilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement security solutions.

About Antina:

Founded in 2020, Antina is a JV between Starhub Mobile and M1 and is responsible for the rolling out of the 5G Standalone (SA) Radio Access Network (RAN) in Singapore for the two mobile network operators.
The Standalone 5G (SA) RAN is a game-changing ultra-high speed, low-latency network, and one which will enable new use cases across entertainment, cloud gaming, transportation, education and healthcare. 5G is used across three main types of connected services, including enhanced mobile broadband, mission-critical communications, and the massive IoT.

Non-standalone 5G (NSA) was the first stage of 5G, using a new 5G radio (or 5G NR) access network overlaid on an existing 4G LTE network core. Standalone (SA) 5G uses the 5G NR access network on a brand new 5G network core. Both approaches provide value, but many of the most exciting new features and innovative use cases of 5G can only be realized through a standalone 5G network.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• You will be a key member of the Management Team, advising the management on various issues related to the business and operation of Antina from a legal perspective.
• You will conduct effective sourcing, if required, for external and/or shareholders’ advice (legal or otherwise) on the various issues identified by the Company.
• You will be working on various matters including but not limited to commercial contracts drafting, reviewing and negotiation, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• You will be maintaining and managing the regulatory risk and compliance to ensure that the Company complies with the various internal policies as set out by Management, as well as external legal and regulatory requirements.
• You will be managing external counsel and legal service providers as needed to safeguard the interest of the Company.
• You will be advising the management on updates of laws and regulations in relation to Antina’s business.
• You will be empowered to work independently and make your own business judgement, whilst training and support are available when needed.

Job requirements:

• 5 to 10 years legal experience as a practicing lawyer or as an in-house legal counsel, preferably in telecommunications, software or IT industry.
• Prior exposure to various areas of law, regulations and polices including but not limited to the technology industry is a plus.
• Keen interest in technological solutions and the industry, with willingness to learn and develop in-depth understanding of the various matters affecting the Company.
• Possess business acumen grounded with a touch of practicality and pragmatism.
• Collaboration with legal experts and the stakeholders to ensure the Company's compliance with internal policies and external legal and regulatory requirements.

Purpose

The principal role is to manage the security platform for the 3.5GHz C-Band RAN system so as to ensure the RAN network is adequately protected and secured against cybersecurity threats and incidents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall operation and functions of the JVCo security platform.
2. Monitor Cyber Security Events for the JVCo 3.5 GHz C-Band Radio systems, including: Review event logs from the respective systems and ensure that there are no anomalies in the logs. Raise report on any security incidents to IMDA/SH/M1.
3. Coordinate with StarHub and M1 to administer cybersecurity measures to prevent, manage and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents.
4. Coordinate with StarHub and M1 to assess and monitor the compliance of the JVCo with the JVCo/SH/M1 organization cybersecurity policy.
5. Work with Starhub and M1 to engage external vendor to perform Vulnerability Assessment in order to ensure compliance to IMDA 5G security requirement.
6. Collaborate with StarHub and M1 to engage external parties to perform external and internal Penetration Test for Network and Applications.
7. Ensure the security platform is up to date with tracking and identifying the latest security threat to the JVCo network and system.
8. Conduct regular scanning of JVCo RAN System to ensure the accuracy of the Asset Inventory and track any Vulnerabilities in the Asset.
9. Facilitate and work with StarHub and M1 in the preparation for any audit (e.g TCS, Mobile TIRA).
10. Administer all system and user management functions of the 5G security platform, which include: Assigning access right to users of StarHub, M1 and the equipment vendors, upgrading softwares and hardwares, and system/database maintenance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or related qualification or possess at least three years of related working experience.

Technical Skills:

1. Experience in conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test
2. Experience in conducting security audit and setting cyber security policy
3. Experience in managing Cyber Security Operation
4. Candidates with CISSP/CISA/GIAC or equivalent certification is an advantage

Purpose

The primary role is to monitor and maintain 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems to ensure operational efficiency and continuity for the company’s business.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carry out 24 x 7 daily monitoring of the 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems’ faults and alarms.
2. Issue trouble tickets and tracked the fault resolution to ensure that any fault raised is responded to and resolved within the agreed SLA.
3. Coordinate with StarHub and M1 to develop, implement and maintain processes/procedures for daily operations, system configuration and maintenance activities.
4. Coordinate with StarHub and M1 to assess, plan, align, schedule and implement Change Request (CR) raised by StarHub and M1.
5. Generate monthly network performance and usage reports or any ad hoc reports upon request by StarHub and M1.
6. Coordinate and work with the equipment vendor, StarHub and M1 to test all gNode B software upgrade and patches with their respective 5G Core Network to ensure end to end compatibility.
7. Coordinate with equipment vendor, StarHub and M1 to schedule a mutually agreed timeline to load the software upgrades/patches to the live network.
8. Administer all system and user management functions of the 5G RAN OSS, which includes managing the access right of StarHub's, M1's and the equipment vendors, performing software and hardware upgrades, security functionalities and system maintenance (such as database maintenance).
9. For 5G Exploratory Platform (5GEP), to be the interface with IMDA to update on changes to network configurations, software versions and procedures.
10. Coordinate with StarHub and M1 to support project implementation and network expansions.
11. Interface with vendors and contractors on all operational and project support activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. New graduate with NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Telecommunication or related qualification or possess at least two years of related working experience.

Technical Skills:

1. Preferable to have some knowledge in telecommunication networks, knowledge of cellular network would be an advantage.
2. Preferable to have some basic IP knowledge.

Purpose

The primary role is to manage the deployment of 3.5/2.1GHz RAN systems in order to meet network rollout and performance objectives based on IMDA’S 5G license requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Co-ordinate and work with StarHub, M1 and the System Vendor to deploy the 3.5/2.1GHz RAN equipment to ensure project timeline is met.
2. Plan and coordinate with StarHub, M1 or other MNOs for any integration of new network elements (such as service orchestration platform) into Antina’s RAN network in a timely manner.
3. Oversee monthly network performance and usage reports to ensure compliance with Wholesale and Shareholder Agreement.
4. Daily monitoring and analysis of radio network performance using KPI statistics/3rd party crowdsource data/drive test logs and coming up with network insights/recommendations with the goal of improving network quality performance.
5. Detecting network performance degradation and jointly formulating proper corrective actions with both StarHub/M1 as part of network quality assurance.
6. Manage and evaluate the change requests of any network parameters raised by StarHub and M1, as part of network optimization efforts.
7. Plan the network evolution roadmap collectively with StarHub and M1 to ensure the 5G RAN stays ahead of competition in implementing the latest technology/capability/feature in a timely manner.
8. Plan and organise resiliency audit jointly with StarHub and M1 on 5G RAN systems (including transport network where relevant) to ensure compliance with IMDA 5G license requirement.
9. Work jointly with StarHub and M1 to monitor the radio network performance and ensure IMDA 5G QoS requirements are met.
10. Jointly developing and evaluating RFx technical requirements with Starhub and M1.
11. Collaborate with StarHub and M1 to ensure compliance with all other IMDA 5G licensing requirements such as project milestones, UAT reports, Requirement Traceability Matrix and etc.
12. Liaise with IMDA on 5G Exploratory Platform (5GEP) deployment requirements such as provision of configuration information for 5GEP infrastructure setup and latest patches for equipment and software etc
13. Administer all system and user management functions of the Network Planning Tool / System, which include assigning access right to users of StarHub and M1, performing software and hardware upgrades and system maintenance (such as map info / database maintenance)

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, preferably with specialization in Info-communication or computer engineering or related qualification.
2. Possess 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

1. Preferably to have some essential IP networking knowledge.
2. Good working knowledge of network measurement post processing/coverage planning//OSS (Nokia NetAct) tools.
3. Strong technical knowledge in 4G and 5G radio access networks (RF optimization, planning, architecture, solution), with excellent data analytics skills (PowerBI, Tableau) coupled with strong proficiency in Microsoft (excel, power point, word).
4. Programming is an added advantage (SQL, Python)
5. Strong data analytical and technical solution ability.
