They are now looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to assist with the management and operations of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Organise and coordinate the running of the service (care plans, work schedules and rosters etc)

Engineer Surveyor Main Accountabilities:

• Inspection and certification of cranes and lifting equipment (Gantry Crane, Crawler Cranes, Scissor lift, MEWPs Excavators, FLT’s)
• Working to LOLER and PUWER regulations
• Managing diary and clients with patch

• Maintaining client relationships

• Full Technical Specialist Support
• Operate within agreed authorities, inspection and H&S standards
• Clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Level 4 qualification in eg HNC and above (Mechanical based subject)
• Hands on experience of fixing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing or servicing any lifting equipment or cranes
• UK Driving licence
• Customer facing skills

KITCHEN SHOWROOM CONSULTANT – KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT – PRESTWICK, AYRSHIRE - FULL TIME – £26,000 BASIC SALARY + BENEFITS

Kitchen Showroom Consultant required by our client who are the UK’s leading and award-winning Kitchen makeover company. They specialise in renovating existing kitchens instead of replacing, typically saving customers 50% of the cost of replacement.

Due to their continued growth and success, they are now recruiting for a Full Time Time Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to work from our clients Prestwick, Ayrshire Showroom.

THE ROLE

• As Kitchen Showroom Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers coming to the showroom
• You will be showing customers the products and service on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, handles etc.
• Arranging and booking appointments for a member of the team to carry out a home / site visit to take measurements etc.
• Taking phone calls from potential and existing customers
• Following up internet and email enquiries
• Helping customer choose colours, styles etc.
• Ensuring the showroom is clean and tidy at all times
• You will also be carrying out general admin duties e.g., quotations and other admin work as required
• This is a Full Time Permanent Role, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
• You will also do occasional Saturdays to cover sickness and additional holiday cover
• Working as a part of a small team, helping out in all departments as business dictates
• You will be working from the Prestwick, Ayrshire showroom

THE PERSON

• The successful Showroom Consultant MUST have similar experience in a role with significant customer interaction
• Ideally have previous showroom sales experience e.g., Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, DIY, Electrical, Home Furnishing etc.
• A friendly disposition and ability to engage customers is essential
• Enthusiasm for and a strong interest in home improvements
• The successful candidate must be able to work independently, often looking after the showroom on your own.
• Confident, able to convert an enquiry into a lead or site visit
• You must be IT proficient, able to use email, Word, Excel and the Microsoft suite
• You MUST have excellent customer service skills with great customer facing skills
• Hands on and happy to help within all departments
• This is a new branch, so the first few months will involve lots change and bringing the branch up to speed
• Live within a commutable distance to the Prestwick, Ayrshire Showroom

KITCHEN SHOWROOM CONSULTANT – KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT – PRESTWICK, AYRSHIRE - FULL TIME – £26,000 BASIC SALARY + BENEFITS

Shifts Available - You will be working shifts, on a rota basis one month in advance

8am to 8pm @ £14.00 per Hour Monday – Friday £15.00 per Hour Saturday and Sunday

9am to 2.30pm Mon, Wed, Fri @ 14.00 per Hour Monday – Friday £15.00 per Hour Friday, Saturday and Sunday overtime if wanted.

Sleep Hours @ £11.50 per hour.

THE ROLE

• As a Carer you will be caring for a Gentleman with spinal injuries
• He is a wheelchair dependant Gentleman who lives independently in his own home
• You will be working to a rota also including working weekends
• Main responsibilities for the role comprise of; assisting with all aspects of personal care including washing, dressing, bathing and continence care, general domestic duties.
• Perform household tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and other as specified in the care plan
• Prepare meals and assist during mealtimes.
• Provide companionship at home and on social outings
• Working in Pontblyddyn, Flintshire, near Wrexham

THE CANDIDATE

• You will ideally be an experienced carer with experience, but not essential as full training provided.
• Naturally you will be caring, friendly and patient
• You MUST be reliable as clients depend on you for their day to day care
• For the right person with the qualities of compassion, understanding, good communicator and committed we offer specialised training in the needs of spinal injured clients.
• Successful applicants are required to provide a DBS. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
