The trainee will have a transversal role in the day-to-day management of Environmental, Market, Credit and Liquidity Risks for Amundi South East Asia. All these under the supervision of Head of Risk, Singapore.
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
He/She will be supporting the Head of Risk in the following tasks:
Ā· Review of all portfolios materiality linked to Environmental Risk using internal tools/methodologies with a target to locally implement Environmental Stress Test, He/she will leverage with the development performed at the Group level by SRI team and Central Risk team.
Ā· Analysis of Key Risk Indicators (Factors) on credit risk in using data available at Amundi level. Exploring potential scoring methodologies to incorporate new factors and provide advanced credit deterioration indicators.
Ā· Improving the existing Asian Fixed Income instrument liquidity framework using the group methodology and proposing additional approaches.
2. REPORTING
He/She will:
Ā· Prepare the reporting in relation to the business development topics.
Ā· Do presentations at local Risk Committee and Central level.
3. WORK COORDINATION
He/She will:
Ā· Coordinate with the Risk teams in other Amundiās hubs in order to share methods, tools and propose new developments, indicators.
Ā· Coordinate with any other teams of the company (Investment, Analyst and Trading) as required by his/her tasks The Risk Trainee can intervene, if necessary, in any other areas under the Risk teamās responsibility as decided by the Head of Risk, Singapore.
Requirements:
Ā· 0-1 yearās experience in risk management or in investment management (including previous internships);
Ā· Degree in Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Data Science with good academic knowledge in markets/financial instruments and development skills;
Ā· Python coding skill preferred;
Ā· Capacity to work in an international network with common tools and methodologies;
Ā· Proficiency in Office suite.
