We are looking to add account manager role to work with the MVNO clients post sales. This person needs to have the charisma of a sales personality that will allow them to build strong relationships within our accounts and with strong Account Management skills to work with each MVNO, to meet growth plans.
Mobile Wireless and SaaS experience would is a plus, but anyone with telecommunications experience could be trained.
The role is fundamentally a growth driver & relationship builder that will help to drive growth, remove distraction barriers of growth and keep the strong relations with our MVNO customers.
1. Weekly calls with the Clients /MVNO’s
a. Set weekly performance goals.
b. Identify growth opportunities.
c. Identify Issues both large and small, that could be affecting growth.
2. Sim inventory, manage SIM inventory within each MVNO, to assure they have enough SIMs to meet growth demands.
3. Monthly account reviews
a. MVNO Internal monthly performance review
b. Review Account plans, develop and enhance new account plans to resolve challenges and meet and or beat growth expectations.
This role will be aligned the AireSpring sales efforts but interact across all departments. Account Manager will be responsible for the management of AireSpring Wireless accounts. for business. It also involves identifying potential new business opportunities within the account. In this role, you will be responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements. NO HUNTING NECESSARY!
Experience
Account managers are not necessarily required to have direct experience of working in a related role, but they will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the job and enthusiasm for working within a sales and marketing department. The experience of working in a customer-facing role will always be advantageous, as will experience working to a deadline.
