This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The purpose of this position is to serve as the Plans and Resources section supervisor and a senior Information Technology (IT) specialist.

This position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG), Air Traffic Control Squadron(ATCS). Directly or through subordinate supervisors, the incumbent directs and supervises staff functions affecting a diverse and very complex Air Traffic Control System. Ensures that the squadron meets all wartime combat readiness standards, domestic operations requirements, and provides guidance and direction to the squadron through planning, coordinating, and directing a variety of functions which include airspace management, airfield operations, air traffic control tower and ATC radar operations, and maintenance support for both fixed Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS) and Deployable Airfield Operations Systems (DAOS), to include Quality Assurance, Materiel Control, Maintenance Control, vehicle and powered support equipment maintenance, human resources development and management, information resource management, and logistics plans and programs. The position is responsible for environmental, safety and physical security programs.

This position is located in Air National Guard (ANG) Aviation Wing, Air Traffic Control (ATC) Squadrons. The primary purpose of this position is: to provide tower, radar, and non-radar air traffic control (ATC) services to military and civilian aircraft operating under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), Special Visual Flight Rules (SVFR), or Visual Flight Rules (VFR). Provides terminal ATC services to aircraft operating from primary and/or secondary airports within delegated airspace. Manages and directs controller actions and functions in Tower and Radar facilities as the primary watch supervisor and/or senior controller.

This position is located in the Command Section, Communications unit, Mission Support Group of an Air National Guard Flying Wing. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior information technology (IT) and communications specialist and consultant to management in support of installation IT and communications policy and plans to include the unit's ability to provide command, control, communication, computer, and intelligence (C4I) programs essential to the operations, training, and readiness missions. Analyzes organizational processes and procedures through assessment of management, operational, technical and administrative practices pertinent to the organization. Identifies process, system, and training deficiencies by applying defect prevention principles and root cause problem resolution techniques and recommends corrective action for each. Duties involve a wide range of IT and communications management activities that extend and apply to the entire organization. Serves as an advisor to the Commander and senior staff members regarding compliance, readiness posturing, and mission limiting issues.

This position is located at an Air National Guard (ANG) Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS) unit. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The primary purpose of the position is an Air Guard Technician enlisted position in the Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS). As such, the incumbent will administer and direct the Group Commander's Support Staff functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, trains personnel in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.

Plans, organizes, and oversees the full complement of activities within the Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS). Manages personnel, unit training and administrative programs management as well as continuous improvement initiatives within the CSS. Oversees Group programs to facilitate the Group and squadron commander's vision. Keeps abreast of and briefs the Group and squadron senior ART(s)/Commander(s) regarding assigned program status; actual or potential problems and changes which could possibly affect the operation of the group and subordinate units. Recommends redirection of assets if necessary to achieve improved overall mission effectiveness. Responsible for the development of internal policies and procedures governing administration of CSS programs to include officer/enlisted promotions and demotions to include the reserve service commitments, inbound assignments/in processing, officer/enlisted performance reports, awards and decorations, reassignments (voluntary/involuntary), separations (voluntary/involuntary/officer resignations), retirements to include high year of tenure/mandatory separation date extensions, conditional releases, and inter- and intra-service transfers assignments for officer and enlisted personnel, Defense Travel System (DTS), Unit Drug Demand Reductions Program, Fit to Fight Program, Unit Security Program, Unit Self Inspection Program, Unit Health Program, and Publications, and Forms Program utilizing AFRIMS and all By-Law Programs. Manages administrative discharge and separation actions. Manages and provides guidance and technical expertise of various special programs to include Line of Duty, civilian appraisals and civilian timecards. Responsible for coordination with their respective Force Support Squadron on all matters related to Commander Support Staff (CSS) manning, training, and related issues. Provides advisory support services as they pertain to assigned programs or activities. Structures assignments to create effective and economical positions. Coordinates with other organization managers and customers as appropriate. Reviews organization mission, functions, and manning. Identifies requirements and initiates requests for additional resources including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives. Provides advice to supervisor on significant issues and problems related to work accomplishment. Establishes metrics and analysis systems to ensure actions are timely and reviewed at critical points. Performs self-inspection and presents detailed and comprehensive report with any corrective action taken to supervisor. Follows-up to ensure complete and quality resolution of discrepancies. Thoroughly reviews operational programs practices and procedures for compliance with DoD, AF, AFRC and other agency regulations, directives and in order to make recommendations to improve internal programs and operations to supervisor.
