- Serves as senior staff specialist for the state on Single Family Housing Loan.
- Participates in developing and implementing annual and longer-term program plans and targets for the state.
- Ensures that cognizant Rural Development (RD) staff are continuously apprised of the requirements of partnership, self-help, and other similar organizations, programs and services and that maximum use is made of available resources.
- Shares responsibility with superior in planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating statewide rural housing
program operations
- Serves as Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for assigned contracts.
