Must have:

Strong experience in designing test cases using cucumber BDD format.

9 years plus years of experience on Web automation tools (Selenium) / (Appium, Selenium)

Should be well versed in Automation (Selenium with Java) / (Appium with Java), , Framework development or maintenance.

Should be an expert in using Selenium – using Cucumber and POM Design Pattern.

Experience in programming language – Java.

Experience in Agile Methodologies and tools – JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket

Willing to do manual testing on need basis.

Experience in all the phases of software testing lifecycle (STLC).

Provide technical leadership using relevant Automation experience and knowledge.

Devise innovative approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard automation technical principles.

Lead technical root cause analysis, incident investigations, and solving problems on process control issues.

Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C# etc.

Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Highly accurate and detail oriented.

Having knowledge of Maven, Cucumber, Jenkins, etc. will be an advantage.


Good to have:

Knowledge on API testing using Java and Rest Assured
Knowledge on the CI/CD
Knowledge in Banking domain – Retail and Corporate banking

Role and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility: To handle infrastructure set-up, Cloud engineering and deployment of AI/machine learning models in the MLOps platform within the SingHealth cluster

· Review technical solutions for the deployment of AI models, along with the data pipelines and visualization interfaces

· Utilize DevOps tools and automate model deployment / tuning via orchestration

· Provide guidance for maintenance, support and enhancements to model deployment platforms

· Hands-on experience to:

o Analyze, design and develop test for model deployment and automation

o Design and implement API interfaces

o Set up Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment pipeline

o Work with Data Scientists on understanding and enhancing data models for deployment

o Liaise with Data Engineers on the requirements for each data sources, understand the ETL required

o Work with DBA to manage the DB servers

o Work with Cloud infra engineers for on-boarding to AWS and MS Azure

Requirements / Qualifications

Preferred Skillsets and Experience:

· Practical experience of software engineering or software development experience in making AI/ML models production ready

· Degree and equivalent training (e.g. specialist diploma, professional certificate) in Business Analytics, Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines that possesses an analytical component

· Understanding of programming language such as Python, R and SQL

· Foundational knowledge of Cloud computing and infrastructure setup

· Foundational knowledge of data pipeline, data engineering and data pre-processing

· Foundational knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI

· Agile and Scrum experience is preferred

· At least 5 years experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or in relevant disciplines.
- Added advantage with AWS Certification - At least 1 years of working experience in Cloud-based services, IT operations and vendor management.
- Proactive and dedicated individual with multi-tasking capabilities - Working knowledge of and experienced in Public Agency IT/System environment is preferred.
In-depth hands-on experience on:
- Familiar with cloud-based services such as Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), AWS and/or Azure.
- Familiarity with security and access control measures to control privileged access to test and production environment.
- Experience in networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, Network Security, Firewall rules, Load Balancers, VPNs and DNS
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup and restore.
- Troubleshooting connectivity and data transfer issues.
- Certification in AWS SysOps is a plus.

Responsible for day-to-day operational activities in TRUST systems, to ensure optimum system performance and determine the system strategy for business continuity.
- Responsible for daily system health checks and proactive incident reporting.
- Support new operation initiatives and to drive development of system integration, acceptance, performance management practice and performance testing. - Work with different stakeholders to perform technical support for any TRUST incident or request.
- Support infrastructure services either on premise, hybrid, or public cloud environment to support TRUST systems by working closely with different stakeholders.
- Support integration services between external systems either on premise, hybrid, or public cloud environment to support TRUST systems by working closely with different stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring backup solution for TRUST data and system are operational state
- Support for any application/platform and security incidents, work with various internal teams and vendors to resolve issues on a timely basis to meet SLA.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining TRUST asset inventory to ensure all asset are accounted for.
- Ensure that Standard Operation Processes (SOPs) are properly documented and complies with audit requirements.
