Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties, including data entry and maintenance into Quickbooks accounting software
- Reconcile payables against vendors’ SOA to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Process and check petty cash expenses report for approval and reimbursement
- Reconcile accounts receivables to ensure accuracy for incoming payments
- Assist in payroll processing and reconcile time records
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain filing system
- Liaise with external vendors regarding finance matters
- Administrative support duties as and when assigned, to support other departments such as Leasing, Recruitment etc
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in accounting and finance
- Possess excellent knowledge and strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Excel and general data entry
- Hands-on experience in online accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks Online) would be an advantage
- Must be highly meticulous and detail-oriented, with unrelenting focus on accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and good with numbers
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Resourceful and independent with the ability to multi-task
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
