We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the company's executives. Responsibilities
- Coordinating and organizing the executives' schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments
- Managing travel arrangements and itineraries for the executives
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executives
- Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring action items are followed up on
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of company events and conferences
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines
- Experiance 2 to 3 year
