We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the company's executives. Responsibilities
Coordinating and organizing the executives' schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments
Managing travel arrangements and itineraries for the executives
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executives
Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring action items are followed up on
Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of company events and conferences
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines
