Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in the processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, account receivable.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support the preparation of monthly work progress claims to clients.
• Support and prepare documents for audit and tax.
• Assist in ad-hoc finance matters when required.
• Assist in financial functions, including invoice creation, preparing and providing supporting documents for audits.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements/reports for the company and its associated companies.
• Liaise with the company’s accounting firm and provide necessary information for year-end closing, preparation of statutory accounts.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience required.
• Training provided
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel Office & Power Point.
• Proficient in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent of any accounting system.
• Strong understanding in Navision (Accounting system) would be advantage.
• Pro-active and takes initiative with strong sense of responsibilities
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc jobs.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• To be responsible for submission of Architectural samples, drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• To coordinate and monitor work progress at site including site inspection
• To problem solve and achieve work progress according to the work schedule
• To coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or quivalent
• Min 1 year relevant experience in the related field for this position
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

- Project planning

- Interpret ground conditions through ground investigation

- Attend project meeting if required

- Take soil sample for lab test

- Supervise site works/workers

- Liase with clients on site works

- Ensure site safety

- Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

- Degree in Civil Engineering/ Geotechnical Engineering/Relevant

- Able to lead and work independently

- Able to work under stress

- At least 1 year in Soil Investigation, Instrumentation, Monitoring and Geotechnical experience

- Good Communication Skills
