【Job Summary】
As the PMO Senior Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide crucial support to transformation strategy and realization projects, marketing excellence initiatives, and SPOT team projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the end-to-end delivery of value in line with the WOF strategy, elevating marketing and life-cycle excellence, and fostering team excellence within SPOT.
【Key Responsibilities】
1.Lead and facilitate projects or initiatives management and operations for transformation strategy and realization, marketing excellence and COE, orchestrating seamless execution and delivering impactful results. Work with project owner/sponsor to task break down and track project action items and deliverables, ensuring consistent, proactive project delivery through:
a)Leading/supporting on defining and initiating project setup incl. team, timeline, detailed stream plan and governance mechanism
b)Leading/supporting on creating compelling executive presentation materials and analysis to communicate essential insights and recommendations
c)Leading/supporting on setting up the formal and informal communication mechanism, organize the project governance meeting and follow up tasks.
d)Leading/supporting on managing and communicating with project stakeholders to gain support for quality implementation
e)Actively contributing to projects or initiatives with impactful insights and expertise of project management or change management
2.Foster a culture of excellence and ensuring team excellence and effective communication through:
a)Leading/supporting SPOT and project-based communication strategy & execution to build SPOT equity and enhance awareness of the team key initiatives
b)Leading/supporting SPOT capability development planning & execution to build SPOT team capability
【Qualifications】:
•Bachelor's degree or above
•Solid business acumen with minimum 5 years working experience in commercial (sales, marketing, or supporting functions), finance or strategic planning functions, marketing launch experience is preferred
•Strong analytical skills, including ability to leverage a variety of technical platforms for collection, review, and dissemination of performance metrics
•Skilled negotiator and change management facilitator; ability to drive change and influence decision making without position authority
•Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals from a variety of disciplines at all levels (senior leaders to working teams)
•Demonstrated project management capabilities and non-position influence
•Strong English communication skills (verbal or written) is preferred
