Enterprise Procurement Operations Specialist - 100% remote; May work from home.
Salary range: from $85,467.00 to $100,000.00 per year
Research and lead Supplier Risk Management Platform’s maintenance, updates, and enhancements. Maintain and update workflow to automate procurement and stakeholder tasks. Work with procurement leadership to establish and maintain automated workflow schedules. Ensure procurement team maintains compliance with audit findings. Establish and maintain reports on progress and compliance of procurement objectives. Assist in development of processes and strategies to improve Supplier Risk Management program. Work with Procurement team on cost savings avoidance and risk mitigation programs. Establish and maintain metric programs (i.e., supplier quality/supplier dashboard metrics). Support reporting activities for the supplier diversity program. 100% remote; May work from home.
Must possess at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer or in a related role. In the alternative, at least bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, or a related field and least 5 years of progressive experience as a Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer or a related role Must also possess at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate (MS Excel etc.); at least 2 years of experience with project management; at least 1 year of experience reviewing and analyzing global supplier spend; and at least 1 year of experience working in a business with warehouse operations and analyzing supplier performance metrics.
