Integrated Master Scheduler
The Opportunity:
Are you searching for a position where you can use your schedule management and analysis skills to develop a schedule from concept to completion? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources. With that level of complexity, you need to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a skilled scheduler who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
As an Integrated Master Scheduler on our team, you'll analyze the development and manage schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Statement of Work (SOW). You'll work with DoD clients to establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. You'll support and manage a project and program schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. You'll publish the Integrated Management System (IMS) to a SharePoint site for use by DoD personnel and support junior schedulers in the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with building and managing integrated master schedules
Knowledge of scheduling tools, including MS Project or Primavera
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with leading a small team
Experience with using Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of schedule reporting tools and data reporting tools
Ability to gather and analyze data, prepare presentations, and brief senior stakeholders
PMP or PMI-SP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,200.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
