RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for trade/B2B marketing activities of Content Distribution department including trade events, marketing collaterals and digital marketing.

Events Management:

• Identify and plan key local / overseas content markets for branded booths to promote latest programme offerings, as well as identifying relevant programmes to promote in each market.
• To manage/produce marketing collaterals required for branded booth according to trade market requirements.
• Manage the procurement process of for events set up and coordinate with awarded vendor for set up to ensure smooth delivery of booth at each content market.

Marketing Collaterals:

• Collate marketing information for programmes by working with the relevant production teams and external stakeholders for material required for programme sales (may be required to do translation work, ability to translate from Chinese to English and vice versa will be an added advantage).
• To plan and manage marketing collateral production such as programme posters (for use across all marketing platforms such as events, website and brochures) and brochures (both hard and digital copies).

Digital Marketing Content website / EDMs:

• Responsible for managing and updating the department's content website, including updating of programme info and video files.
• Required to work closely with the digital team to improve/refresh on aesthetics of website and problem-solve when issues occur.
• Plan EDMs and other digital communication tools to promote Mediacorp content in region-specific campaigns.

• A degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant discipline.
• 4 - 6 years of related experience in Marketing.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Executive to join a leading global shipowner. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating technical services, obtaining competitive quotes, ensuring the timely delivery of marine products and services, and supporting Superintendents in dry docking and related activities.

The ideal candidate would have a Diploma in Marine Engineering and have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in similar job scope in a shipowner or ship management companies.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for obtaining quotes for marine services on e-commerce platform.

· Coordinate between client and service provider and arranging service engineers to attend to vessel for servicing. Coordinate Vessel Port Call activities, Coordination with agents and liaison for all comms.

· Arrange all services / external attendance for Class/ Repairs.

· Tracking of all services FFA/LSA/ Testing / Calibration onboard vessel and consolidate the services.

· Handling of additional queries from vendors with regards to Service Requirements (as assigned by TSI).

· Advise vessel on Fuel/LO Lab analysis reports. The consumption module checks weekly if ship staff is doing correctly. SLOC sheet updating in shared point and checking the values inserted by ship staff are correct, if any values go higher need to bring to TSI attention.

· Creation of PO for Agency and Vendor services.

· Weekly and Monthly reports: All reports received from vessel on time. Monthly class status report to store in share point and send to individual vessel.

·Technical assistance providing between vessel and vendor to order correct spares.

· Monitor service progress is on schedule with minimal disruption and demurrage.

· Ensure that Service provider maintain operations schedule with a high service quality.

· Ensure all activities are carried out and comply according to company’s regulations.

· Sourcing & identify Vendors (Marine Services providers); negotiating with suppliers on pricing and contractual terms for Marine Services products to onboard our e-commerce platform.

· Identify, arrange, and follow up on off land items from vessel for repair / service.

· Support Superintendents in dry docking and related activities.

· Update, maintain accuracy and practice good housekeeping of vessel forms, plans and drawings.

· Upkeep of the DNV ship manager for PMS jobs/spares and inventories. New jobs to be added and spare utilisation by vessels to be tracked.

· Any other duty assigned.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

· Diploma in Marine Engineering or other relevant discipline will be considered.

· Certificate of Competency CoC Class 4 or 3 will be advantageous.

· Experience of one of the ship manager software systems is preferred, i.e. DNV, Amos, PAL, Bassnet etc.

· 1-2 years of experience required in a Marine Shipmanagement or owners’ companies.

· Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment.

· Meticulous, pro-active with a positive attitude and willing to learn.

· Able to multi-task, willing to work flexible hours when required.
