Why we need this role
We are managing huge number of Capacity Network Partners, with current setup we have 25-26 CNPs under each manager. We need some focus on overall contract management and also on P2P process, this person will help us to manage10-15 CNPs and also manage overall change in Contracts, billing and track payments on regular basis.
You will be responsible for
The person will play a pivotal role in our vendor sourcing and management processes, with a specific focus on application development and maintenance. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of duties, including SLA and KPI management, global procure-to-pay processes, and legal collaboration for contract negotiations. You will also be responsible for executing and managing vendor contracts and maintaining strong communication with vendors located around the world.
Abilities required
At least 10-12 years proven experience in vendor management, global procurement, and program management
Skills required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 10-12 years proven experience in vendor management, global procurement, and program management for product and application development in the IT industry.
• Exceptional knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Familiarity with IT products and services and global vendor management.
