A fantastic opportunity has arisen for self-employed delivery van drivers to work with our client, delivering parcels from the world's leading online retailer to the UK. Full-time and Part-time!

Flexible days available must include one weekend day. Lots of work available, up to 6 days for those who want to earn more money..

Average of 9-hour routes with a start time between 10:00am and 11:00am each day.

The rate of pay is £123 per day + bonus

You must be at least 18 years of age for insurance purposes, have held aa full UK, EU or International licence for at least 6 months with a maximum of 6 points and be comfortable driving a standard transit and/or a high-top transit van.

No experience required as full training given.

Your Time at Work
You will be driving a van loaded with parcels and will be required to deliver to locations in your allocated area. The number of drops range from 120 - 180 per day. Shifts are planned for 9 hours. The routes are condensed so you will have a high number of deliveries in a small area and your parcels will be pre-sorted ready for you to load and get on the road

You will be using a delivery app so you will be able to follow your route and find your way around with ease.

Our Perfect Worker
You will be flexible in your day as no 2 days are the same and be available to work full time. Ideally you will be available to work Any 5 out of 7 with weekends including, A regular 6 days are available for those of you wanting to earn more money.. As we approach the busiest time of the year you will be part of a team helping deliver Christmas to the UK..

With all the hard work you will be doing you want to make sure that you are paid fairly so our client is making sure that they are paying market leading rates to everyone who applies.

Before you start you will be required to do a basic DBS check (basic background check) and pass a D & A (Drug & alcohol test)

Develops and maintains short-term (1-3 months) production schedules for intermediate and finished goods. Works from monthly Supply Chain regional plans in order to meet all orders and planned inventory targets.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Hatfield Distribution Centre as a Class 1 Driver. Our Regional Distribution centres supply our 198 cash and carry sites with all their products including Fresh, Frozen and Ambient stock.

The successful applicants will be required to work 45 hours per week, working any five from seven days on a variety of shift patterns, so there will be Saturday or Sunday working dependent on rotas. Weekend work is paid at a premium rate.

Please note that all candidates will have to undertake a drug and alcohol test as part of the pre-employment tests.

The safe delivery of stock to our 198 cash and carry stores (deliveries will typical be to the south of the country)

Completing several multi-drop deliveries a day (the amount each day will vary)

Ensuring all paperwork is completed after delivery

That your vehicle is in good condition at the start and finish of your shift

Working autonomously as well as part of the wider transport team

Class 1 Licence with at least 2 years driving a class 1 vehicle

All applicants must be CPC qualified to be considered for this role

Tail lift operation experience

Previous experience of multi-drop deliveries

Applicants will not be considered if they have more than 6 points on their licence, \\'Careless Driving\\', prosecution for mobile phone use or drink driving or have failed to comply with \\'Construction of Use\\'.
