RushOwl develops an AI-driven Mobility-as-a-Service(MaaS) platform for public transportation and logistics players, but we are looking to create our own digitized transportation network as well!

About the Role

As a Transport Project Manager, your primary goal is to support Singapore Operations and the delivery of RushOwl’s Transportation Solutions.

You’re the behind-the-scenes hero who is always seeking to make things efficient & convenient for others. You thrive in a fast-paced work setting and are open to communicating with all stakeholders across our passenger-driver ecosystem.

You are confident in building and maintaining a brand that our passengers trust and love. You have strong evidence of strong leadership and task management skills.

So what does a typical workweek look like for you?

1. Assist in the Area Planning process.
2. Assist in Resource Deployment to ensure trip fulfillment is met.
3. Participate in managing vehicle stakeholders to make sure satisfactory services are provided.
4. Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly.
5. Exercise Documentation Practices to ensure all data/information is documented timely for future actionable case studies.
6. Conduct detailed transportation analysis, with the consideration of trip service levels, constraints/time windows
7. Assist in Parents Management for school trips as well as bus attendants.
8. Churn reports & analysis for each respective task

Reporting to the Supply Strategy Manager, you will structure and drive initiatives to evaluate, develop, execute, and manage existing and new opportunities for the business. You will work closely with fleet owners and insurers to recommend and secure suitable vehicles for GetGo users. Additionally, you will engage owners and operators of parking spaces to bring our service closer to our users. Where required, you will propose and execute initiatives to boost utilisation in specific locations.

This is a high visibility role within the organisation that will require you to work across multiple departments to maximise the performance of the vehicles on the GetGo platform.

Day to Day Activities

• Build and nurture quality relationships with fleet owners, owners and operators of parking spaces, and insurers so as to establish GetGo as the carsharing partner of choice
• Negotiate for and secure mutually beneficial outcomes for prospective partners
• Identify and secure vehicle and locations partners to expand GetGo’s Singapore network
• Structure, propose, and implement initiatives to drive adoption and utilisation of GetGo
• Present weekly business reports to internal stakeholders
• Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities
• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities to widen GetGo’s service offerings
• Pitch and secure opportunities to introduce GetGo to new segments of users

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Actuary, Economics, or a related field
• Valid Class 3 licence with good track records
• Knowledge and interest of the Singapore automotive industry, car park operations, and / or facilities management will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with and presenting data
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build up strong business cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Within the role, you will be working closely alongside the Brand Director, holding overall responsibility for all procurement and supply chain responsibilities.

Supply Chain Manager - Role

Process Planning and Management:

• Develop and implement inventory and procurement strategies that align with the brand's overall mission.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce inventory costs and streamline processes.
• Develop and manage the procurement budget, tracking, expenses and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Evaluate vendor quotations using appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Vendor Management:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Identify trends and areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Supply Chain Manager - Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to develop and utilize data, metrics, and continuous improvement tools to consistently achieve organizational objectives.
