The Role:

We are seeking a talented marketing professional to join our team in London and play a pivotal role in our Restaurant Marketing Team. In this position, you will report to the Head of Restaurant Marketing Strategy and Planning and be responsible for developing and executing growth initiatives with our high-volume, well-known brand partners in the quick service restaurant (QSR) segment such as Five Guys, Burger King and McDonald’s.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the marketing relationship with designated restaurant partners, including leading Nationals Brands like Five Guys, Popeyes and Shake Shack
Developing annual joint business plans with key Restaurant Partners to drive growth on Deliveroo
Drive the Restaurant marketing strategy within the QSR segment at Deliveroo
Partnering closely with Commercial teams to drive growth through new customer acquisition, frequency and retention, and brand awareness.
Delivering Quarterly Growth Opportunities for Partners, outlining key opportunities for brands to participate with clear data-led and ROI-backed recommendations
Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver joint business plans and future growth strategies for Restaurant partners (i.e. Product, CRM, Social and PR)
Take ownership of key restaurant marketing initiatives such as building Plus our loyalty proposition and enhancing the ways brands can engage with Deliveroo to drive increased visibility in the app.
Key Competencies:

5-8 years of marketing experience, ideally with Trade Marketing or Partnership support
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in marketing strategy, consumer insights, and commercial data analysis to understand performance and build structured narratives around business performance
Ability to deliver 360 marketing campaigns with a focus on CRM, Digital, and Social channels
Skilled in marketing promotional plans (e.g., % off, Free item) and articulating ROI effectively

National Account Manager

The Role

As a National Account Manager you will manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of the largest restaurant partners. You will use your expertise of the Deliveroo platform to grow these partners' sales whilst helping them to improve their daily operations and become more efficient as they work with customers and riders.

Use data to understand patterns in how these partners are performing and creating compelling insight into how and where they can improve will be important to your success in the role. You will report to your Client Partner to work with main functions such as Marketing, Operations and Product.

You will:

Increase revenue and health metrics by consulting restaurant partners on best practice
Deliver in person training sessions for main restaurant partners to include: operational best practice, Deliveroo insights and on site troubleshooting
Identify opportunities to developing the relationship with key restaurant partners by involving and working with other parts of the Deliveroo business
Partner with regional Commercial Managers to identify and prioritise opportunities for growth in necessary regional zones across the UK

As a Commercial Training Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering programs that increase the knowledge and skills of our frontline commercial teams across all markets Deliveroo operates. The EPSRC UK Hub for Quantum Enabled Position Navigation and Timing (QEPNT) is one of five prestigious programmes in the UK’s flagship National Quantum Technology Programme. QEPNT will lead and support the community, ecosystem and technologies required for the UK to be a global leader in future Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) technologies and systems. Our vision is to deliver atomic clocks, quantum inertial sensors, single-photon LiDAR sensors and quantum-classical hybrid sensors that will create practical systems for resilient PNT applications. To build the UK community and ecosystem for QEPNT we will bring together experts from academia, industry and Government agencies to ensure delivery of technologies for national security, critical national infrastructure, aerospace, connected and autonomous vehicles, maritime, energy and other applications.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to fill a key position leading the development and management of partner relationships with funders, HEIs, Industry and other agencies and the development of impact from the research. Working as part of the Project Management Team, the BDM will be responsible for the development and delivery of partner engagement and the project’s commercialisation strategy, by identifying and delivering on research and knowledge exchange opportunities between the research and industry.

Collaboration in research and development with industry and other partners will lead to the commercialisation of the new position navigation and timing systems and technologies and deliver maximum economic impact for the UK. The postholder will lead on identifying external funding opportunities and industry investment for future sustainability of the project's activities.

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated solicitor to join the SSSC’s in-house corporate legal team. You will provide expert advice and guidance to teams across the organisation on a wide range of governance matters. Your role will involve interpreting and advising on both our own legislative framework and rules, and those that govern organisations and public bodies more generally.

The SSSC is an ambitious and forward-looking organisation, and the legal team plays an important part in supporting new initiatives meaning the work is engaging and varied.

You’ll make an impact by playing a key role in maintaining high standards of governance within the SSSC and will have the opportunity to develop transferable skills by contributing to policy development, advising on risk management and supporting large scale corporate projects.

The in-house legal team is distinct from our Fitness to Practise team whose work is focussed on investigating and presenting fitness to practise cases.

What you need to succeed

Experience of providing legal advice to clients and supporting them to make well informed pragmatic decisions.
