1. Lead, develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing and performance marketing strategies to achieve overall business goals including enhance brand equity, customer life-time value and and business growth
2. Oversee the planning, creation, implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging
3. Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
4. Analyze customer data and insights to create data-driven marketing strategies and on-site optimization strategies with the aim to meet traffic and conversion objectives and optimal shopping experience
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer experience, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing & CRM efforts
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve
7. Lead, mentor and manage a team of brand marketing, performance marketing and CRM professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration and excellence
8. Establish and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
9. Stay updated on the latest marketing, CRM and ecommerce technologies and best practices to drive innovation
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and media.
Requirements
1. Strong and results-proven experience in brand management, digital marketing and CRM management
2. More than 10 years of experience in brand marketing and CRM with at least 5 years in people management role
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices
4. Excellent leadership, communication skills, commercial sense, data analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team
5. Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
6. Excellent leadership, communication, project management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
